How do I pay?
Credit or debit card, ACH transfer, or cash. Payment for services is due in full before service begins.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a $15 cancellation fee applies for drop-in visits and daycare, and 25% for boarding, overnights or transport.
Do prices change on holidays?
A 25% holiday surcharge is added to all services on major US holidays. To confirm a holiday booking on our calendar, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
How far ahead should I book?
New clients: please allow 1–2 weeks so we can schedule a consultation, collect the required paperwork, and let your pets get comfortable with their sitter before any service begins. Existing clients: we try to accommodate every request; a request inside 24 hours may carry an additional 25% charge.
What are the boarding drop-off and pick-up hours?
Standard drop-off is 3–5pm and standard pick-up is by 11am on the last day. Earliest drop-off is 8am and latest pick-up is 5pm. With prior approval and based on availability: early drop-off 8–11am adds a full day of daycare ($40); 11am–3pm adds a half day ($20). Late pick-up 11am–3pm adds a half day ($20); 3–5pm adds a full day ($40). Care needed outside approved boarding hours requires an additional night.
What is the flea policy?
Zero tolerance. All pets in our care must be free of fleas, and all boarding and daycare guests must be vaccinated and on regular flea and tick treatment. Any instance of fleas is addressed immediately to protect every pet we look after.
What happens in extreme heat?
During extreme heat, high humidity, or unsafe pavement temperatures we may shorten outdoor walks or swap them for quick potty breaks, and use the time for indoor enrichment, play, and companionship instead. We check weather, pavement temperature, breed, age, health and comfort before deciding what is safe.
Is the meet and greet free?
Yes. Your first consultation and meet and greet is complimentary. Additional meetings with the same sitter are $25 for up to 30 minutes.
How do keys work?
We recommend giving us a spare key for your client file at the meet and greet so we are ready whenever you need us. Separate key pick-up or drop-off trips are $15 each.
How do I know a visit happened?
Every visit comes back to you as a record: start and end times, the walk route on a map, a checklist of what was done, notes from your sitter, and photos, sent to your phone the moment the visit ends.
